Lovely. Pairs with many foods. Has undertones of fruit like lemon, pineapple and pear. Kinda sweet so a white meat (chicken, pork or fish) with some spice is in order. I had a gilled boneless breast of chicken with a spicy orange marmalade glaze - with a generous helping of chili flakes - rice and broccoli - and it was great.
