Appinette Grape-Apple Cider

Another tasty bottle from Aaron Burt Cidery. Apples and Finger Lakes grapes. Co fermented. Tangy grapey appley goodness - lighter and more elegant than you might expect of a cider.

Champagne notes of yeast and bread, subtle and soft and lovely. Dry and pretty

The star of last night's table. Cloudy, fizzy, laced with plush guava and hoplike bitterness.

Lovely nose. Guess one could call this an apple wine.

Dry. Delicious. Complex. Taste like wine. Not that funky. Clean

Excellent. Great nose on this, and a soft, dry finish with a touch of tropical fruit.

Far less grapey than I feared, and really damn good.
