Perfectly just-maderized edge to this rich, complex blend. Hard to believe Chenin Blanc is the highest-% grape. Really satisfying weight, depth, length

Initially closed and stunted. But after a brief turn in a caraff it opens up with intense aromas of yellow plums, lime and salt. The structure is light but concise, with an initial kick of acidity and a long pleasing aftertaste of white flowers, lime and cold milk.

Awesome South African white blend. Very textural. Dried pear, honeysuckle, and pineapple. Can't wait to revisit this one.
