Holiday gift that I couldn’t wait to open.
First experience with their Cab Sauv- we have always loved their pinots.

Lovely, beautiful wine. Plums, cedar, black tea, herbs like tarragon, cherries, blackberry. The nose is wonderful to smell. Palate is so well balanced. More baking spice on the palate with a continued fresh herb and fruit. As it finish there’s a touch of fruit punch that comes through that I just love. It’s not sweet but like the essence of fruit punch. I need to buy more wines from this place. I always love them.

Consistently a nice Zinfandel to pair with a steak.

Delicious!
Let the wine breathe for an hour or two before it's best. Pair with Thai food or fat ribeye steaks is good. Enjoy!
