Ike Quebec is the bandleader here, but I can say that this is some of the finest playing from Grant Green that I know of. Soulful and comforting like all of his work plays well with Quebec’s classy stuff. Accompanied by a delicious Bianco from Puglia( Fiano, Falanghina, Greco) which shows strong floral aromatics backed with a rich tropical palate. Both are expressions of pure class.
