Velvet ripe fruit and vanilla on the nose with a hint of dark berry liquor. Palate is a bit over ripe black fruit with a touch of brambles, maybe some uneven ripening. Med acid med+\+ alc. very ripe. Would be nice with a serving of marinated leg of lamb. Finish has some redeeming chalkiness and dark and almost stewed red fruit

Dark. Silly name, silly label. Smells ok. Slight red berry stuff. Silky and ripe. Finish is juicy. This is tart and dry classic Oregon pinot. It will do.

Nice pino. I'm surprised at the low rating. Perhaps because it's not pino enough? In any case, a very pleasant wine to drink. I think it represents the region well.
