The nose is unripe plum and blackberry, with hints of thyme and pepper. The taste is like Gamay and Carignan had a baby-- bright red fruits with dusty, peppered rose. Really light, great with a chill.

Juicy, #raspberry on the pallet finishing with hint of white pepper and sage. Light, youthful and expressive. Slightly frizzy due to carbonic effect from the process. Perfect for a warm late summer day. 2017 vintage
