Very light and crisp- pairs well with fresh strawberries, pear, and pineapple. I Used StoneHearth Naan bread and pimento cheese with a black olive slice on it as a appetizer!

Perfect Sauv Blanc that sets up a wonderful evening - the perfect citrus bite but with a subdued background that allows for a smooth silky finish…perfection! Acidic enough that you’ll want an accompaniment with it - a pre dinner snack, cheese or dried fruits to balance this out after the second glass. Cheers!

Pale straw color. Aromas of stone fruits- apricots and white nectarines, lemon skins and melon. Very dang good Sauvignon Blanc. Crisp green apples, lemon and melon finish.
