If red wine aged in a bourbon barrel is too much for your palette, step down to this one aged in a rum barrel. It has a robust, fruity flavor with some spice and a finish that leaves just a hint of warmth. We really enjoyed it!

Fun novelty, drinkable. Kind of a cherry cola flavor.

This Australian red was aged in rum barrels for 30 days, giving a softer effect than the bourbon barrels that are popularly used these days. The nose gives off a light caramel note along with the usual dark fruit one expects from South East Australia. I hear it's a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, but I've seen no official word of that. Tasty, bold, great grip, acidity, tannins. Perfect with a rosemary grilled steak.
Also, the label talks if you view it through the winery app. Kinda interesting.

Dark ruby in color with a purple rim.

Fruity nose with blackberries, black plums, cooked cherries, vanilla, oak, smoke, licorice, herbs, spices, alcohol, chocolates, cocoa and black pepper.

Full bodied with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry and very fruity on the palate with blackberries, black plums, cooked cherries, tobacco, strawberries, chocolates, mocha, caramel and black pepper.

Medium on the finish with tangy cranberry and soft tannins.

This Australian red blend is simple, but enjoyable by itself or with food.

Good right out of the bottle and better after 30 minutes. Showing lots of coffee and chocolate notes. Jammy and Smoky.

Aged for 30 days in Rum barrels.

I paired it with cheeses and small appetizers.

15% alcohol by volume.

87 points.

$10.

Couldn’t find my Bitch (Grenache Wine), so I settled on new Valentine!! This was in the budget and I love a little edge. This blend is a jammy jam w/ the Shiraz in the forefront! Real juicy. Cabernet gives some palatable tannins. And the Grenache is hella spicy. 15% ABV w/ a $8.99 price tag. Perfect date. I’ll be keeping this in rotation. Oh...did I mention it was aged 30 days in rum barrels? 💅🏾

Really enjoyed this...nice soft fruitiness with a tea finish and a hint of vanilla. Aged in rum barrels, it paired well with orange-pineapple chicken.

The 19 Crimes app was fun to use. I just didn't like this wine. The aftertaste was bitter. I will try the other wines in their repertoire but this one can stay on the shelf.
