This Pinot Gris features 2012 vintage fruit, is made with traditional French style featuring prominent wet stone minerality, green pear, a hint of orange blossom, a hint of unripened pineapple. This pairs well with pan fried mahi mahi and offers a complementary edge to summer salads. Enjoy now.
