My favorite of their three single-vineyard Manzanillas, made with Palomino from Pago Añina in Jerez (located further inland, and at higher elevation than their Sanlúcar vineyards Hornillo and Callejuela). 4 years static aging under flor. Darker color and more intense

Probably the most elegant of their 3 single-vineyard Manzanillas. Sourced from the Pago Macharnudo in Jerez, considered the region’s “grand-cru.” Balanced, mineral.
