Fino characteristics:
Bone dry, lean & crisp, has no oxidation, aromas of dough & salt

What makes it special?
Perhaps the world’s finest Fino, Incoente is treated minimally but with lots of care; it is sourced from a single vineyard (unlike the convention of buying from a co-op), fermented in barrel and aged for 10 years under flor (the protective layer of yeast that protects from oxidation while allowing the wine to age).
