Deep ruby in color with pronounced fresh aromas of red fruit. Surprisingly floral. Mostly primary flavors raspberry, plum, blueberry. Full bodied w/ smooth tannins. Not much oak presence but it’s there. This is not the peppery, herbaceous cab I tend to prefer but it’s delightful and matches my joyous mood. Let me go find some aged cheese to pair this with.
