Medium bodied but surprisingly complex and acid driven. Nose that’s a combo of minerality and acidity, with hints of jasmine, peach, some lychee and some vegetal hints, the color is a blend of pale green and pale yellow, light colored though. The palate is deep, long and lingering, with a complex acidic blend of florals and dry white fruits, with hints of loquat, lychee, white peach, wet limestone, grassy notes, green mango and a hint of nectarine, with a zippy little effervescence at the finish. Double Diamond is still a great value.
