Incredible value with a big nose of crisp yellow fruits, wet limestone, and slight croissant notes, though more sharp citrus than anything. Pale/clear yellow color with a very dry, mineral dry palate the freshness and crisp fruit flavors like apricot, underripe orange and white peach linger long into the finish, with a slight baked crust hinted at the edges. Seriously a steal.
