On the palate, it is oak-free, medium bodied and nicely balanced with an ample supply of juicy acidity and perfumed fruit that gives the Bianco a long, satisfying finish. Overall, this is an elegant and flavorsome sip-and-savor wine that should appeal to just about anyone.

Was delicious. Great for mineral lovers. However, this $56 reserve blend was not noticeably different from the $25 blend. I will get the $25 blend next time.
