On the palate flavors of blackberry and black cherry with oak, herb and cacao tones. Well integrated on fine tannins, long finish ending with earthy oak character. Very nice!

Excellent. Pepper was heavy at first but settled in as the bottle opened up.

Welcome back, Uncle Orin! Decanted for about 3hrs. Can’t miss the dark jam throughout, tiny bit of spice up front that goes away, medium thick texture, quick spice hit again on the end.
