Stem inclusion. A big and bold Pinot which needs to further integrate. Here at Oui! Wine Bar and the Seat of the South East Wine Collective in Portland i finally found wines with character and soul. Deep dark fruit. Earth. Dirt. Black Tea and spice. A little hot but still a nice statement of Oregon Pinot with a sense of place.
