Pretty pale with green hints . Very young on the nose , sulphur does blow off after a while however , to reveal grapefruit and lime peel , sea spray , touch of asparagus , white flowers . On the palate lovely balance of sweetness , mineral and high acidity , great energy . Grapefruit , lime and green apple hints . Long slate and seashell tinged finish . Very refreshing but young and will improve over the next 5 years and plateau a further 10
