Les Moulins Saumur Chenin Blanc

Lemon, mineral (and mineral and mineral) and lanolin. Great acidity and balance. Kind of a baby still, but evolving with air.

Still slightly reduced but this has great stuffing for aging. From magnum.

Infanticide, but calling it baselining. Bringing the goods as usual. Look forward to opening more starting in a few years.
