Tasted blind: Organic earth, minerality, sea shell, pear and sweet tart. Round mouthfeel with underripe green fruit, mostly pear and melon. Moderate acidity. Chalky to finish with white pepper notes. Summertime pool wine.

I keep this in the wine cabinet. This 2018 was opened Aug 2020 and is dry, smooth and earthy. Taste of fruit but not clearly apple, pear or peach. Wonderful with seafood and tonight it was grilled salmon. Recommended as reasonable cost and great taste.

This is pretty much the first time Jessica and I have shared a bottle of wine. Three cheeses, hummus, sausage and Prosciutto. It is...OK. I haven’t wined in a really long time. It has a solid follow through and a good pit with the hearty cheese and meat.
