Great as aperitif - very light in color even w/some age: fairly austere aromatics, bit of lemon & white flowers along w/stoniness… smooth & suave on palate but a bit more Friuli Pinot Grigio than Alsatian Pinot Gris. Nervy acidity, lighter weight, faint orchard fruit flavors, but not showing all the much personality. Clean bracing dry finish
