After loving their white a few weeks back (posted 14 Jan) I had to try their red 😁 Yes another gem from @gabymeetswine @vilaviniteca for €58. Young but drinking well with Mrs E’s Fillet 🥩 in peppercorn sauce with 🍟

🍇 Tempranillo, Grenache, Blanca del País & Bobal

🍷 Deep opaque blackened purple tinted ruby

👃 Sweet dark & red cherry, raspberry chocolate cake, fresh cut cedar & soft smoked soaked oak w/ purple flower, light mineral, blueberry & black berries

👄 Med++ body of creamy smooth rich dark cherry, red cherry, black berry & raspberry in gloopy cocoa, red liquorice, blueberry pie & parma violets w/ a light dry mineral tone

🎯 Med+ slight sweet & dry mineral black cherry/berry boom w/ a red fruit & blueberry chocolatey cake splat

Tostado, tostado , tostado, taninos fuertes , excelente retrogusto de más de 15 segundos, vinazo !!!

Ripe fruit, rustic, rich, and ready Ribera del Duero from the now certified organic maker. Just entering it's happy time. Resounding success given the vintage.

Ready. Pair with 85% dark chocolate.

New house fav. Big darn blueberry with chovolate . Dark ink does not overpower this Ribero del Duero with fruit from aged Vines..

Big wine. dark purple ink with hint of cherries and chocolate cake . Maybe overpowered a pasta dish but beautiful nonetheless

Exceptional. Best Ribera under 100.
