Lemons, green apple, lime candy/zest, grapefruit w/pith, touch of guava, kiwi, white peach, honeysuckle, vanillin, touch of caramel, saline, sea fossils, grey volcanics, soft chalkiness, spring flowers, excellent acidity & rich polished finish.

Nice full bodied bourgogne blanc. Definitely a step or two above a generic non classified wine. Has maybe a touch of oak but well balanced with good acid and a long finish.
