Exceptional Turley! From old vines in contra costa county (pre prohibition). This is voluptuous and complex with notes of fresh plum, cinnamon and dried cranberry. This could use a couple years in bottle but honestly why wait? Lovely example of the Turley style.

Lots of fruit. Quite delicious and accessible at this stage.

Turley is good, not my favorite vineyard/expression from them though, a little too jammy, but it’s going to rock with the oak smoked bacon wrapped meatloaf stuffed with jalapeño havarti that is also pictured here.

Nice zin but I prefer the salvador for their contra costa wines.

Continuing to work my way through the 2017 Turley lineup. Definitely the most drinkable bottle so far. The Mead Ranch still takes the cake for me though. Love me some mountain fruit Zinfandel!
