Les Monts Damnés Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

The 17 showed limestone, lemon zest, white pear. Pretty tasty now but the 16 is even better and will age. Was refreshing on a 90 degree day.

White flowers, saline, amazing tropicals, citrus, high acidity, just an amazing bottle of wine!

Fooled me into thinking it was a wine from the mountains. Tart balance. Melons. Terrific with fondue.

Seriously lacked acidity to remain enjoyable in a few years. The cotats cuvées are a hit and miss on a given year...this one is a miss in my view.
