I love this cuvee. I was worried that 09 was too forward of a vintage for this wine, but that was silly. On the nose: vanilla cream, sweet lemon chiffon, airy wet stone...fantastically lifted aromatically. On the palate, lovely acidty, baked apple, lemon custard, caramel, soft mousse, a touch of oxidative copper, and a very clean, finish. Absolutely lovely champagne.

Like the Terre de Vertus, it is a single vintage cuvée fermented in oak, rather than stainless steel, though in this case, it is a combination of large foudres and smaller Burgundy barrels that are used. The wine receives a very low dosage of two grams per liter prior to release.

Интенсивно и спело в атаке, с концентрацией и весом желтого фрукта, смываемого тонким и свежим минеральным послевкусием. Кислотность не броская, но в меру напряженная. Зрелость фрукта хорошо маскирует сухость. Ещё молодо и при всей фактурности немного прямолинейно.
