This needs a couple hours of air to settle in. A pretty richness of fruit that glides beneath the surface of pleasant acidity and shows some bright citrusy notes before relaxing into light creamy notes from the nice use of oak. These have several more years of life in them.

This wine has its own personality. Almost has the qualities of a Burgundian white. Nose of popcorn kernel, dried herbs, mushroom, brie, and some peach. The entry was a little bit dirty. Rosemary popcorn. Buttered mushroom. Under-ripe peaches and mangos. A little 'rough' around the edges but definitely a head scratcher. I think this one will develop over the next 5 or so years.
