Producer over quality classification

Pop and pour. A little over three years since my last btl. On the nose: soft noble reduction, green apple, lemon, kaffir lime..stunning. On the palate: lovely acidity and depth, meyer lemon, sour apple, vanilla cream, fantastic density. This is why I loved PYCM! Stunning, esp for the pricepoint.

A bit more reduction than I was expecting, but typical PYC energy. As always, produce matters more than place. This is far beyond anything at the same in the same price range. Great QPR.

Now this is a PYCM nose with lots of reduction and tension. Pale color and rather high in acidity to the point my cheeks puckered. Lemon and citrus :)

Nariz: Citrico como limon amarillo y toronja, piedra, salino

Boca: Seco, Acidez M+, Alcohol M. Largo en boca. Buen cuerpo.
