My first Chenin from Loire favorites Catherine and Pierre Breton. Completely dry and nervy with flinty chalk, subtle ripe fruit, and bitter pith peeking through table melting acid. Left with Meyer lemon, burnt sugar, and white flowers.

This is beautiful. Apple, pear, honey, a creaminess, and just the perfect touch of sweetness. Awesome to taste the similarities and differences between vouvray and Jurassic Park chenin even if different sugar levels.

Fresh, bright, light and mineral. Lovely pear, waxy apple and a hint of lees on the nose. Fresh cut apple and citrus peel fruit with focused acidity. Disappeared really quickly.
