On the Lawn at Tanglewood this evening with the Wynton Marsalis Quintet, with very special guest performance by the Ellis Marsalis Quintet. A very exciting show, this will be the second time we've seen father (Ellis) and son (Wynton) together on these grounds.
A delicate nose of under-ripe blood orange and fresh cut herbs. Palate is light, but lively; Pinot saignée with red berries, light citrus and good acidity balance. Improving with air.
