Really opened up on day 2. Toasty oak aromas integrate well into the chalky minerality and subtle tart fruits. Would like to revisit this with a few more years of age

Dec 23rd, 2019Out of Magnum. Wanted to see what was aging better, 2016 Burgundy or my son that just turned 2. Jury still out! This was however, very good. For a young burg from a producer than requires age, it had a delicate side that expressed itself well with amazing density and structure. A real good start to a long life ahead. Glad I have more mags.
