Beautiful aromas of citrus peel, pear, green apple, herbaceousness and sea breeze. On the palate, dry, orchard fruit, lemon zest, orange zest, saline finish.
Amazing freshness still alive in this 4 year old white. Had with creamy chicken pasta. Highly recommend!!

A nice diversion from Sauv Blanc, as a hot day sipper. Fragrances of ripe apple, red pear, and honeysuckle, with a mineral under note. Very smooth on the palette, soft but fresh. I almost feel as though drinking this would be refreshing regardless of the wine’s temperature. I have to remember to buy this again, and to try the Euro versions.
