Perfect state of fruit ripeness of fruit with a fresh and lively vibe. Goes deep with a defined earthy, iron like minerality and a savory saltiness. Complete coverage on the palate, where the fruit is brought forward by the ripe, fine grained and playfully charged tannins and a fresh spine. Complexity and drinkability combined. Outstanding for a Rosso di Montalcino and a great QPR. Day 2 and the wine is more comfortable and reveals another dimension. An elegant wine from a classy artist! Salute!

I wish more RdM would be so fresh, refined and detailed as this version from @Riccardo Campinoti High altitude vineyards and a hands off approach in the cellar are key factors in creating this quaffable and juicy wine.
