The 2015 Pecorino from Emidio Pepe is delicious, herbal and white fruit with minerality that expresses itself on the long finish. That salinity reminded me of Pecorino, the cheese, appropriately enough!!

The best version of Pecorino I’ve had. It’s rounder and deeper then others. Just pleasant as can be. More depth of flavor than your run of the mill pecorino - grapes picked at their peak and the perfect balance of oak.
