Beautiful young muscadet—perfect with Sunday night dinner cop out sushi order. Definitely needs a decant. Creamy grapefruit, lime, mint, white peach, stony. Forward and generous

If you just pour your Muscadet in (or with) your Moules Frites, this proves there’s so much more to this wine.
Fresh & intense, saline, iodine, with some waxy, lemony hints in the background.
On the palate this shows remarkable concentration, richness & depth for 11.5% alc and the most unassuming grape variety.
Lovely, creamy texture with baked lemons & apples, some waxy notes and a touch of oxidation. Bone dry though and with great mineral, salty depths.
This needs a bit of time to open up (very underwhelming after opening) but is amazing after just 30-40min.
A beauty!!
