Very reductive, almost eggy. Slightly oxidative. High acidity that is balanced a little from the lees character. Minerality at mid-palette. Notes of brioche, unripe pineapple, and tart green apples. Well structured. I blinded a few co-workers and most thought either Oregon or Burgundy.
