Enough complexity, enough acidities, enough body, great harmony, 99,99% pure and absolutely no hint of superficiality. Cleaner than Pradeaux or Gaussen and earthier than Pibarnon and Tempier. Tastes exactly right.

Definitely fuller-bodied for a rosé and has some heft to it, but doesn’t feel especially balanced.
