Noteworthy for good balance - just the right weight. Mint, marshmallow, and dark fruit on the nose. Slightly tannic. Good for grilled meat or pastas.

I can’t rate it. Served very cold, and there was some spicy mustard-horseradish sauce on the plate that knocked out my tastebuds and sinuses. (On a Swiss flight)
