Based on my experience, I find this 2018 overpriced and under-‘qualitied’. Can easily find a nicer sav. blanc from France for less. Strange bouquet, harsh finish. Best use is as a cooking wine. :)

Freshly cut pear. Juicy round. Surprisingly juicy. Perfect on a hazy July Sunday. Curry chicken with cucumber salad. Chardonnay and Pinot had an affair and this bottle was born.

A good Sauvignon blanc, somewhat woodsy but not dry (I actually wanted it a little drier), quite lemony. Went well with a rosemary chicken but didn’t quite hold up to the roasted winter veggies we ate with it. Would be great with a light spring or summer meal.
