Always wanted to try this. My dear friend Rimple brought out the reserve cuvée vintages 15-18 to have along side this, with lamb.

Weijie Shi (Jay)

This is exceptional. Intensive violet, lavender on the nose with fine leather and smoked meat. The tannin is very smooth. Everything seems so balanced. A true miracle!
