Could have held on to this for awhile, but it was drinking damn well.

On the nose strong aromas of plums and cherries. Very vibrant dark fruit flavors and grippy tannins supported by solid acidity

A wonderful wine. Needs about 30 min to breath but once it opens up it is truly enjoyable. On the lighter side, as dolcetto should be, but still complex and quite refined.

Great wine! Black fruit, silkiness, with a bright pop on the finish. Yum.

Not much of a nose, but a great tannin roar at first sip, totally drinkable (2015), but definitely could use more time to smooth tannins and let body come together, wonderful herbaceous notes (oregano/thyme), whiskey like pop just before finish, kind of wraps together at the end as if the trajectory is toward the feel of acidic fruit on a cankersore, it's nice though! rich purple color, royal, opened up more, complex wet sticky layering, really neat
