Raspberry, cranberries, cherries, gravel, rhubarb, white pepper, game. Lively acid/minimal tannin presence, juicy-silky texture with slight CO2, deceptively full bodied, bright fruity finish with a touch of earthiness. Beautiful glou glou. Leans more toward Jura Poulsard/Trousseau than Bourgogne.
