Little cranberries and a resounding tartness. More tannin than you would expect but a nice pepperiness mixed with rose petals. Almost like a lighter bourgeil. Cherry pie.

A little light for my tastes but it was refreshing, herbal and tart and would try it again with food.

Never had this grape before. Peppery, light, strawberry yogurt. Delicious.

Excellent Pelaverga di Verduno! Had it with Paolo, Gianluca and Cristiano at Vigin Mudest in Alba, paired it with carne cruda di fassone with black truffle and tagliolini. Memorable prelockdown reunion.
