Dark golden-yellow. The complex nose offers a curious but intriguing mix of macerated peach, aromatic herbs, capers and custard cream. Fresh and clean on entry, then delivers noteworthy tannic bite to the orchard fruit and saline flavors. Finishes with explosive lemony freshness on the long back end. Made in a macerated style (not quite an orange wine, though), but cleaner and livelier than most such wines. (Ian D'Agata, Vinous, Dec 2016)

The problem with SP68 bianco is that you always drink it young, just few months after arrival. And then you start dreaming about it somewhere in between seasons, when it's no available anymore. But luckily, there are folks who stored a bunch of 2015! Clean style orange, not funky anymore. Chamomile, amber, quince, baked peach, sunflower oil, subtle hints of VA, pickles (like in old Burgundy), tea and citrus peel. Quite fresh, well balanced, good tannin, medium+ body. It certainly lacks acidity.

Totally funky white blend - 60% Moscato de Allasandria/40% Albanello. Deep gold color (assuming skin contact). Apricot, orange blossom and pepper spice. Becomes more floral as it opens up. Minerals and a hint of oxidation. (A bit “sherry-like.”). Ripe apple on the finish. Nice balance. Relatively low alcohol (12%). Quite interesting.

Blød, aromatisk næsten orange hvidvin med noter af abrikos, mango, melon. Bliver faktisk bedre efter åbning og et par dage i flasken... (2015)
