Jul 30th, 2019I little young but very approachable. Velvety smooth and full of life. Bold bodied and energetically strong. A little paradise island in a sea of quiet. Dreaming side by side, watching clouds go by. Tomorrow is near, now it’s here, always too soon. I wait....

Oct 3rd, 2018I love Howell Mountain Cabernets. This wine has a beautiful nose of blue fruit, cedar, baking spices and some very interesting earthiness. Great tastes of blackberries, mocha, cinnamon, licorice and plums. The tannins are super sleek and very nicely integrated in this wine. By the way, this bottle had a screwtop enclosure and was absolutely fantastic. Cade makes great wines in my opinion.

Sep 5th, 2018Nothing like a Howell Mountain super wine! Dark fruit, mocha, and licorice on the nose. Bold tastes of blackberries, black plums, figs and licorice. Tannins are super sleek and acidity is perfect. A really great wine.
