Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

Very smooth and drinkable. 13% abv.

A little tart. Not my favorite Sancerre

Pale yellow, green in color. Floral, apple and lemon on the nose. High Acid, tart, mineral, fresh cut grass, cat pee on a gooseberry bush.

Mouthfeel is soft, acids are bright and layered. Mineral, nectarine and guava.

Like, jasmine, hot weather.

Flinty, a little reductive. Grassy, a little green. Citrusy and well balanced.
