Pop and pour. Great upon opening with loads of wet earth, dark fruit and a touch of sweet American oak (in a subtle way). Started to lose its energy after a couple hours.

Had the pleasure of drinking this Rioja with a good buddy of mines today. Great wine. Went well with some Gouda cheese.
