Nose of Almond & Powdered Sugar

Notes of pear and lime with some minerality. Fresh and clean. Paired well with chicken, but flavour was lost when paired with salad, probably because of the lemon balsamic vinegar. Bottle label recommends spicy prawn, calamari, sushi and oysters.

Impressive concentration and volume. First mouth is bitter and textured, follows a good lenght plus a ripe fruit retro that makes my mind jump from one food pairing idea to the other. Excellent work.

Nose is a bit strong at first. And first taste is a bit sweet. But it matures as you drink it with melon notes and green apple lingerings.

Salty mineraly surprise! Half in granite and half in limestone, young vines irrigated with water older vines not. Fermented sep blended together. Soft and silky all the way. Bone dry. Superb!

Oh so good! Newish producers, Oaked, very mineral-y and acidic. Smells like hay or grasses 💕
