This is what I imagine the elixir of life would taste like. Incredible balance and almost a chewy tannin-like structure that you'd normally find on a hyper mineral Riesling. Everything just works here and it seems effortless.

This wine is genius. @Shawn R this is why I try not to put numbers on wines anymore. The overall rating here is a 9.0...that's crazy. Where could this wine gain 10%? It's beautiful, is it perfect, I really don't know but it's not lacking for anything. The texture is incredible, the finish is still sitting on my palate an hour later.
